Spetember 29, 2020: Szechuan Fried Chicken sandwich

Here in the United States we can’t tax the rich, deal with a virus or stop emitting climate changing CO2, but we can be relied on to invent yet ANOTHER fried chicken sandwich. We’re doing our part here at GSG: the Szechuan Fried Chicken Sandwich. It’s a spicy, crispy piece of chicken marinated in ginger, chilis, and Szechuan peppercorns, all on a toasted bun with marinated cucumbers, shredded cabbage, sesame seeds, & srirachanaise.
